What services does Angelic Home Care offer?

Our home care company offers a range of services to meet the unique needs of each individual, including personal care, companion services, and homemaking services. Our care providers are trained to provide support with daily activities, personal care, and medication reminders.

Who provides the care for the clients?

Our care providers are experienced and compassionate individuals who are dedicated to helping those in need. All of our care providers undergo extensive background checks and training to ensure they are qualified to provide high-quality care.

What insurance does Angelic Home Care accept?

We accept Medicaid Waiver and cash payments.

Is Angelic Home Care part of the Indiana Pathways for Aging Program?

Yes! We are contracted with all three MCOs (Anthem, Humana, & United Healthcare) to deliver quality care via the the Pathways program.

How do you determine the care plan for each client?

We work closely with each client and their family to determine their specific care needs. We take into account their physical and cognitive abilities, personal preferences, and healthcare requirements to create a customized care plan that is tailored to meet their unique needs.

How often do you provide updates to families about their loved one's care?

We provide regular updates to families about their loved one's care, including access to our online Family Room Portal, where you can stay up to date on care logs and services provided. In addition, we encourage families to communicate with us regularly to ensure their loved one is receiving the best possible care.

How do you handle changes in a client's care needs?

We monitor each individual's care needs on a regular basis and make changes to their care plan as necessary. We work closely with each client and their family to ensure they are receiving the support they need, and we make adjustments to their care plan as needed to meet any changes in their needs.​

What is your availability for providing care and support?

We provide care and support 24 hours a day, seven days a week — it all depends on the client's unique needs.
